Ένα από τα πιο διάσημα και σημαντικά μπαλέτα στον κόσμο με 100 εξαιρετικούς χορευτές στο δυναμικό του και ένα απαράμιλλο ρεπερτόριο, το New York City Ballet εμφανίζεται για πρώτη φορά στη Σκιάθο για μία μοναδική παράσταση στο Ανοιχτό Θέατρο Μπούρτζι στις 4 Ιουλίου 2022 στις 21:30-22:30.

Μετά από 3 χρόνια συζητήσεων η διεθνούς φήμης χορευτική ομάδα με 9 χορευτές από το New York Ballet και από το royal ballet, Βασιλικό Μπαλέτο, του Λονδίνου και 10 ακόμη συντελεστές θα παρουσιάσει μία εξαιρετική παράσταση με τίτλο “The Festival Ballet Ensemble featuring dancers from the royal ballet of London”. Το πρόγραμμα περιλαμβάνει αποσπάσματα από τα πιο αγαπημένα κλασικά μπαλέτα όπως η Λίμνη των Κύκνων, η Ωραία Κοιμωμένη και ο Κουρσάρος καθώς και από μοντέρνα έργα κορυφαίων χορογράφων, όπως ο Wayne McGregor, ο Christopher Wheeldon και ο Matthew Ball.

Το New York Ballet και από το Royal Ballet, κατατάσσονται ανάμεσα στις λαμπρότερες εταιρείες μπαλέτου του 20ου αιώνα και εξακολουθούν να είναι μέχρι και σήμερα από τις διασημότερες του κόσμου με αριστουργηματικές παραγωγές κλασσικού ρεπερτορίου.

Ballet, one of the most distinguished and critically acclaimed ballet ensembles comprising of 100 exceptional dancers and an unrivalled repertory, is landing in Skiathos. On Monday the 4th of July 2022 , theNYC Ballet will perform for the first time and for one night only at the Bourtzi Open Air Theatre from 9.30pm to 10.30pm. 

 Following 3 years of discussions with the internationally prominent ensemble, 9 dancers from the NYC Ballet and the Royal Ballet of London will perform the “Festival Ballet Ensemble featuring dancers from the Royal Ballet of London”. The program will include excerpts from some of the most loved classical ballets such as Swan Lake, Sleeping Beauty and Le Corsaire, as well as contemporary works from leading choreographers including Wayne McGregor, Christopher Wheeldon and Matthew Ball.

 The New York City Ballet and the Royal Ballet of London feature among the most prestigious ballet companies since the 20th century and never cease to amaze with their extraordinary productions.

 The entrance fee is 10 euros (all proceeds going exclusively to the NYC Ballet).
